Despite calls to honor the process and the outcome of Tuesday’s election, democratic supporters are holding protests and demanding the impeachment of the president-elect.
Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and Donald Trump all made speeches Wednesday asking the Americans of all political parties, socio-economic groups, and ideological factions to work together to achieve common goals.
These far-left moonbats have no clue what any of that means.
In New York City today, a few hundred protesters gathered to demand the impeachment of Donald Trump:
Protestors chanted “impeach!” along with “he’s not my president!” and “rapist!”
Others also expressed their rage at key battleground states that Republican Trump won, securing his presidential win.
“F—k Florida” and “f—k Indiana and New Hampshire,” people shouted, along with “f—k Mike Pence,” and “f—k Giuliani.”
One twitter user, Flexicana posted this tweet about a petition on whitehouse.gov asking for signatures on an impeachment petition:
As the tweeter posted, Article II, section 4 of the Constitution reads, “The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
To understand why this petition was doomed from the beginning, one should really examine article I, section 2 which details the powers of the legislature especially where impeachment is concerned [emphasis added]:
The House of Representatives shall choose their speaker and other officers; and shall have the sole power of impeachment.
To give Flexicana the bad news, the House of Representatives is not likely to impeach a yet-to-be-inaugurated president-elect for a rude comment on a bus.
The White House, either realizing the absurdity of the petition or to promote the smooth and peaceful transfer of power that has been part of American government for 240 years, took action.
Then again, the protesters are just the useful idiots being used by progressive organizations.
The SEIU labor union and groups called “Jews Reject Trump” and “Black Mamas Matter” were among the protestors
Social media is a highly useful tool if an organization wants to co-opt a group – just drop a hand grenade like #impeachDonaldTrump and walk away – the ensuing dumpster fire will be worth watching:
Precious, little, snowflakes – but it gets worse:
Tolerance, civility, rational discourse – all things no longer taught at home or in schools.
