2016 Presidential candidate Carly Fiorina met with Donald Trump today to discuss a position in the incoming administration.
According to a senior transition team official, Fiorina was at Trump tower because she was being considered for the position of director of national intelligence.
After the meeting, Ms. Fiorina talked with reporters about her conversation with the President-elect.
During the campaign, Fiorina displayed a strong grasp of the threats facing America and the capabilities of the United States to defend herself, but her resume lacks any other notable intelligence leadership.
Carly Fiorina was the CEO of Hewlett-Packard from 1999 to 2005.
