Massive Explosions Outside Istanbul Soccer Stadium Being Investigated as Terrorism [Video]

At least 15 people were killed and as many as 70 injured as a pair of explosions went off outside of the Besiktas soccer stadium in Istanbul, Turkey

The following video shows the exact moment of the blasts:

The Turkish Interior Minister confirmed two blasts that are thought to have been targetted at riot police and civilians as the bombs were placed to maximize casualties.

The U.S. Consulate is warning citizens to avoid the area.

Several police officers and civilians were injured and an unknown number of people were killed  by the blast.
