On Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace asked President-elect Donald Trump why ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson would make a good Secretary of State.

Trump is taking an unconventional approach to filling his administration. He’s picking people that are at the top of their fields instead of following past Presidents who picked from the pool of the political elite.
