Meteorologists have warned the Northeastern United States that they could see high snow totals and dangerous winds early this week as winter storm Stella hits the area.
The National Weather Service issued a blizzard watch for New York City and Boston and a winter storm watch that includes upstate New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England.
