Massive manhunt for serial killer who killed live on Facebook

Steve Stephens

Ohio police are searching for a man who reportedly killed an elderly man live on Facebook and boasted that he had killed as many as 14 other people.

Cleveland police said Sunday that Steve Stephens “broadcast the killing on Facebook Live and has claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which are yet to be verified.”

Stephens’ Facebook page, now deleted, featured a post saying “I killed 15 today,” and called it his “Easter day slaughter.”

Stevens was described by police as a black, 6 feet, 1-inch tall man weighing 244 pounds who is bald with a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black or dark blue and gray striped polo shirt and was driving a white or cream sport utility vehicle. He is considered armed and extremely dangerous.

Stephens had posted earlier that his gambling addiction had “cost him everything,” and that he expects his killing spree to end with him on death row which indicates that he will continue until caught.
