Border Patrol Says that new wall infrastructure “would be greatly appreciated”

A Border Patrol officer explains the evaluation process for the new border wall test models. All of them will make it harder for illegal aliens to cross the border and as he says “the new infrastructure … would be greatly appreciated.”

Democrats slam the wall effort as a waste of money despite agents at the border saying that the extra time these obstacles afford “would be greatly appreciated.”

The tests may choose one or multiple designs as some areas will be best served by tall concrete structures while others will need openings to deal with water flow or to allow visibility.

It’s not yet clear which design will win, but the with the backing of the Trump administration, the border wall is moving ahead.
