Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court – Rules of Procedure

These are the rules by which applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants are made to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC.) Rule 13 is of special interest to anyone following “The FISA Memo” scandal. Knowingly disregarding any of these rules could result in contempt of court charge from the presiding judge.
