The Republican National Committee (RNC) once again outraised the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in June. The RNC has shown strong fundraising numbers pulling in nearly $14 million during the month of June compared to just $8 million raised by the Democrats for the month.

The Republican party remains far ahead of the DNC in to-date fundraising totals for this cycle, enjoying a lead of almost $100 million in total funds raised, according to The Washington Post.

Democrats ended June with just $9 million cash on hand and $6.3 million in debt reports the Post.  That’s compared to over $50 million cash on hand for Republicans.

“What I see when I travel the country is that Americans continue to be enthusiastic about President Trump and the Republican agenda,” RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said in a statement. “That enthusiasm has allowed for me to grow our war chest and invest it into what has become the biggest ground game in our Party’s history,” said McDaniel.

With zero debt, the Party possesses over 3.5 times the amount of money on hand it had at the same point in the 2014 midterm election cycle under then-RNC Chairman Reince Priebus Breitbart reports.
