Former National Security Advisor to President Obama, Susan Rice, is considering a run for office in 2020, but instead of joining the massive cadre of liberals hoping to unseat President Trump, she wants someone else’s job.
Rice, the ‘liar of Benghazi’, hinted that she might run against Senator Susan Collins (R-Maine).
Rice’s interest in the Collins’ seat came in response to a tweet by former State Department Spokeswoman and CNN contributor Jen Psaki who asked, “Who wants to run for Senate in Maine?”
Ms. Rice responded in just minutes saying simply, “Me.”
The former Obama lackey’s pseudo-announcement comes in response to Senator Collins’ confirming that she would vote for Kavanaugh in tomorrow’s Senate vote.
Rice is infamously known for going on news programs to spread lies about what happened when four Americans lost their lives during an attack on a diplomatic complex in Benghazi.
Then-U.N. Ambassador and current National Security Advisor Susan Rice was lambasted by Obama administration critics when she went on all five Sunday morning shows in the wake of the 2012 Benghazi attack and blamed a YouTube video for the attack. But included in the newly-released Benghazi Committee report is the revelation that even withinthe Obama administration, State Department officials were flabbergasted by Rice’s appearances.
Rice is also thought to be responsible for the unmasking of a massive number of private citizens, including members of the Trump 2016 campaign team.
Rice has not responded to our request for comment and it is not clear if she is serious about a run for Collins’ Senate seat or if she even maintains residency in the state.
Rice was born in Washington, D.C. and attended college in Massachusetts. Her current residence is in D.C.
