Migrants crossing the U.S. border illegally will be processed, prosecuted and returned to Central America, says Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick.
“This president is serious. They are not getting into this country,” Patrick said Tuesday on Fox News. “For those who do cross illegally, they’re going to be turned around and they are going to be sent back.
Patrick said that President Trump is bringing “the might of the military” to the border and “expanded detention centers.”
“We’ll have expedited courts, JAG officers, magistrates, everyone coming to the border,” he added. “They’re going to be put through the process, they’re going to be put on an airplane, and sent back.”
