President Joe Biden will allegedly attend a morning briefing and then, after 6 hours of nothing, meet with President Zelensky/Zeleskiy/Zelenskyy, of Ukraine (nap times seem to be getting longer). Later (after another long pause/nap) Biden will attend the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s Annual Gala and deliver a speech.
