The Democrat’s Dangerous “Secessionist” Insurrection Against Federal Law

The Left has been trying to shove Marxism, socialism and communism down [our] throats for 4 generations now. … [They decided] to use immigration as a weapon to break down the middle class and gain political power … They use migration to destroy our public education system [and] health care system, to destroy wages and working conditions for the middle class … in effect to destroy social and community cohesion.  In [the resulting] chaos [and] conflict, to [demand] evermore government control, redistribution [and] power.  Ultimately to import voters to support that agenda that do not believe in limited government or the US constitution.  That is why you are seeing now this violent insurrectionist revolt by the Democrat Party against Immigration and Customs enforcement [ICE]. We see video after video of Democrat “shock troops” hurling rocks at ICE officers and Border Control in their vehicles, firing projectiles at them, violently assaulting them and opening fire on them, multiple assassination attempts against our heroic ICE and Border Control agents and barely a word of condemnation from the Democrat Party.  The Democrat rhetoric calling ICE officers NAZI’s, Gestapo and fascists, demanding that ICE officers leave our communities this nullificationist rhetoric … incites and inspires these domestic terrorist attacks against law enforcement.

I’ve made a comparison between this … sanctuary state movement and the Confederacy.   This whole idea of Sanctuary cities and states, as if the Constitution doesn’t give plenary authority to the Federal Government when it comes to immigration, specifically to the president.  They are defying the Constitution while waving around the Constitution talking about due process and free speech.  [Aren’t] they trying to nullify Federal immigration law?

In Alvarado, Texas, “10 violent assailants equipped with tactical gear and weapons” attacked the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement facility on July 4; in McAllen, Texas, a man was shot and killed outside a Border Patrol facility after firing dozens of rounds at Border patrol and local police officers on July 7; in Portland, Oregon protesters rioted at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility with fireworks and knives [for] weeks.  … What may be even more disturbing, however, is the deafening silence from Democrat Party leaders as these violent acts are carried out by those aligned with their cause.

In the latest front on his war against the Trump administration’s immigration policies, Governor Gavin Newsom officially declared California a sanctuary state for child slavery.  [This] followed … Newsom expressing outrage over ICE launching operations to rescue unaccompanied minor[s] from working in California’s marijuana fields, … “It’s our duty to provide a place for child slaves to work without fear,” [he said]. “[I]n California, we still look to build a bright future, where child slavery can flourish without the dark cloud of interference from the federal government. I will continue to stand up boldly on behalf of child traffickers everywhere. As long as I’m governor, California is the place for child slavery.”

            There is a curious parallel between the current Democrat secessionist insurrection against Federal immigration law and the Confederate secessionist insurrection against Federal law that led to the Civil War (1861-1865).  Both are attempting to protect an evil system of slavery in the United States.  The Confederacy was so angry at the Federal government’s (Republican Abraham Lincoln’s) rejection of slavery (mostly of black African slaves) that they led a violent secessionist insurrection against the Federal Government.  The current Democrat “Sanctuary City or State” defenders are so angry against Republican Donald Trump’s rejection of the Democrat Party’s system for importing slaves into the United States in the hope that many of them will eventually vote for Democrats that they are attacking and threatening anyone who gets in their corrupt ways. When ICE raided a California marijuana farm and rescued 10 underage workers and arrested numerous violent felons, Democrats were angry with the ICE agents rescuing children but not with the child slavers.  The history of the Democrat Party sure does repeat itself! One would think Democrats would be more responsible and eschew the dangerous secessionist insurrectionist rhetoric, but they are so unhinged by Trump Derangement Syndrome that they have lost their reason.

            Furthermore, the basic logic of “Sanctuary Cities and States” is incoherent.  Wait until some conservative jurisdiction declares they are a Sanctuary Jurisdiction against federal firearm laws (and refuse to enforce federal law against residents possessing automatic weapons).  Just sit back and wait for the hysterical Democrat Party squealing to start.  Since Democrats cannot defend their absurd “Sanctuary” laws, they don’t try to defend them.  They hit people in the head with bricks instead or shoot at them or dox them, even threatening their children.  If these don’t care about enslaved children on their money-making Marijuana farms, why should they care about the children of ICE officers?

            It may be useful that Democrat John Kerry has suddenly acquired a belated firm grasp of the obvious, that Trump was right about immigration.  It’s a shame he did not manage to find his voice during the disastrous Biden administration that shamefully lied to the American people for 4 years that the southern border was secure.  Since the Biden immigration scam resulted in hundreds of thousands of children being literally lost, and others killed or exploited for cheap labour or sex trafficked, not to mention the record number of adults that died at the southern border, one can only hope that Kerry’s newfound common sense will not prove so alien to him, or so fleeting, that he will not advise the Democrats to help the Trump administration enforce the law rather than aiding and abetting the Biden/Democrat Party’s massive illegal  voter registration drive from the 3^rd World and from America’s enemies.

One must, however, correct Kerry’s statement that he wishes Biden had been heard “more often saying I’m going to enforce the law.”  Actually, no, John!  Biden needed to actually do something to enforce immigration law, not merely flap his jaws between naps.   Leave it to a politician to think what’s needed is some more gassing by another politician.
