A Win for Mamdani is a Loss for America

I am not sad to see Dan Goldman lose his primary contest and his seat in Congress, but I feel like we have taken another step down the wrong road for America, as Brad Lander, the person who ousted Goldman, is a Socialist. Let’s stop playing games with semantics and drop the Democratic. These people are outright Socialists, and their movement is gaining momentum.

Ronald Reagan once said, and he said many things that were packed with wisdom, that “Freedom is a fragile thing and it’s never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by way of inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation.” Reagan would be sickened by what is transpiring in our country, as we have turned away from looking up to Reagan and now stare down the new “King Maker,” Zohran Mamdani.

Most of us were hopeful that Mamdani’s election to become mayor of New York City was a fluke, and we would have to survive one term of the Socialist Mamdani. After a clean sweep of his candidates in New York on Tuesday, we may have underestimated Mamdani and this far-Left Socialist movement. Two of Mamdani’s mentees took out a Jew in NYC, and the chair of the Congressional Spanish Caucus. These are two losses that defy logic in the history of the Big Apple.

How dangerous is this movement to America? We thought we could get no lower than when the Barack Obama Presidency gave birth to The Squad. Most believed that the Democratic Party could not go any further Left. Well, the Socialist movement makes the Squad look like moderates.

Mamdani may be the de facto leader on the ground, but the person who may be pulling the strings is Far-Left Media Streamer, Hasan Piker. This man has risen quickly and has 2 million followers on YouTube. In contrast, Victor David Hanson, one of America’s greatest political and historical minds, has only 350K. We are no longer at a dangerous fork in the road. Many have already made the wrong choice and are sprinting down the path to bring Socialism, a form of government that has never worked, to America.

The Socialist candidates do not hide their identity, but celebrate it. Their beliefs are clear. They believe that America deserved 9/11. They are not only Pro-Hamas and Anti-Israel, but they do not think Hitler went far enough. They are Anti-America, anti-Trump (of course), want to abolish ICE, stop all deportations, empty the prisons, and abolish the Electoral College. One of last night’s winners brags about being at an event, losing her napkin, and using the American flag to wipe her hands. Should any of these radicals win in November, I do not see how they could swear to protect and defend our Constitution. They see the Constitution as a racist piece of paper that represents a racist country. Radical Islamists come to this country to tear it down, and these people want to go to Washington to speed the process.

Schumer and Jeffries have already been deemed useless by their Party, and this Socialist movement is on track to make the Democratic Party obsolete. We are focusing on New York today, but you only have to look at Chicago, Seattle, and LA to know this is a political pandemic that stretches from sea to sea. It must be stopped, or the tide that used to lift all ships will drown America in its rip tide.

Author’s Note: Graphics created by Grok AI. It explained the image: For the header or featured image, I generated a dramatic political-style illustration capturing the core warning: the socialist surge in NYC threatening American freedom, with Reagan’s shadow looking on, the American flag in peril, and the “wrong road” fork. This should render well on your site, social shares, or newsletter. The stormy NYC + flooding tide ties directly to your “political pandemic” and “drown in the rip tide” language.
