In an interview set to air Saturday night on Fox News “Justice with Judge Jeanine”, Jeanine Pirro asked President Trump about the loyalty question allegedly asked of now fired FBI Director James Comey.
The New York Times reported that an anonymous source was told by Comey that Trump had asked Comey to be loyal to him. The president has denied those claims and Comey has not commented on the matter. But, when Judge Jeanine asks him about the report, the president says he doesn’t think “it would have been a bad question to ask.”
President Trump said he didn’t ask Comey for his loyalty and has no idea how it got into the news.
The interview will air at 9pm eastern on Fox news.
