President Trump wished first lady Melania Trump and mothers everywhere a “wonderful” Mother’s Day.

While at Trump International Golf Club in Virginia, the president used Twitter to relay his Mother’s Day wish to his wife and “great mothers out there” a “wonderful day ahead with family and friends!”

A spokesperson for the first lady told reporters that she is spending the day with her family.

Melania Trump is staying in New York City while their son Barron finishes the school year after which she will move to the White House.
