President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump participate in a Salute to American Heroes Tuesday evening.

The appearance is scheduled for 6 PM Eastern at Post 44 of AMVETS in Struthers, Ohio.

AMVETS members are from the Army, Marines Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and the National Guard and Reserves. The group is chartered by Congress to assist veterans in all aspects of their lives from disability claims to finding jobs.
