The speech will no doubt be viewed as a finger in the eye to Vladimir Putin, the president of the Russian Federation. While the focus of his speech is predicted to focus on trade between Poland the United States, he will likely announce the installation of Patriot anti-missile batteries in their country during this speech or the joint press conference with their president earlier in the day.
U.S. natural gas exports to them could help it reduce its reliance on Russian energy.
