Joe Biden’s DEI Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is at it again.
On Wednesday, the US Supreme Court heard oral arguments on a Louisiana case over race-based voting districts.
President Trump’s Department of Justice, through Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Harmeet Dhillon and Solicitor General John Sauer, told the US Supreme Court that race-based congressional districts must end once and for all.

  1. It’s not the first time the DEI justice Ketanji has displayed her ignorance. Of course we all know that in her confirmation hearings she famously said that she couldn’t define “what a woman is” because “I’m not a biologist”!
    In Trump v. CASA the Court in a 6 -3 decision ruled that “federal judges do not have the authority to issue nationwide injunctions that go beyond relief for individual plaintiffs on cases”.
    Writing the majority opinion, Amy Coney Barrett issued a rare “bitch slap” to Jackson, writing that KBJ’s opinion “is at odds with more than two centuries of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself. We observe only this: Justice Jackson decries an imperial Executive while embracing an imperial judiciary”.
    KBJ is the perfect example of why DEI fails over merit every time and I wish someone would explain to me how she ever got confirmed with her lack of elementary school knowledge of anatomy or biology?
