Right up front. What I have seen watching videos is a Well Integrated Mob and Criminal looting, arson and assaults by Rioters of all colors.But I will say I tend to have seen more Black acting out the most VIOLENTLY against others, than the White Rioters.The White Rioters seem to be more focused on Defacement and Destruction than looting and physically harming of others.
