Eric Swalwell Has One Foot Out the Door

I am sure I am not the only person who wants to give him the boot to get him out for good. This guy has gone step for step with Adam Schiff to be the biggest pain in the collective Republicans’ back, but obviously, neither heard the old adage that to toss the first stone, you should be without sin. These two are so dirty that Mike Rowe could use them for something, but we should not have to put up with either in Congress. We have known for years that Swalwell is nothing but a sleasebag, and I can say that because it is easier than treasonous slimeball. Either way you slice it, Swalwell deserves whatever bad can come to a broken man who can look anyone in the eye and plead innocence when all the evidence says otherwise. This is the third time he has shown his true colors, and he should be called out, looking, and sent home, and he should forfeit any pension he may have earned for his time in D.C. He does not deserve another dime of taxpayer funds.

I started this article on Monday, and by Monday afternoon, Eric Swalwell was no longer a member of Congress. Even though he tried in vain to proclaim his innocence, his political career was finally over. This stain on the Democratic Party, and the House of Representatives, was finally doing the right thing and resigning his House seat. There were reportedly multiple women, some of whom were on his staff, who were prepared to file charges of sexual assault against the now former representative. This is the final straw for Swalwell, and any remaining support from his colleagues and the Party has fallen apart. Even one of his supporters, a California millionaire who owned the apartment where Swalwell lived, evicted him yesterday and is now disavowing any support for the Democratic Party, which he says knew about Swalwell’s behavior for years and did nothing.

The public got its first view of Swalwell’s dark side years ago when he was having an affair with a Chinese spy. Wang Fang was under FBI investigation when Swalwell helped her leave the country and return to China to avoid her apprehension by the Bureau. Nothing was done to Swalwell by Congress or the Department of Justice. Last year, it was discovered that Swalwell had bought real estate on the East Coast to claim as his residence to avoid expensive California taxes. This action was identical to that of Adam Schiff. These residences made them ineligible to represent the people of California, but again, nothing was done to Swalwell or Schiff for their acts, frustrating most Americans. Sharing a bed with a spy and setting up residence outside California did not stop Swalwell from running for Governor to replace Gavin Newsom. This shows the arrogance of Eric Swalwell.

One of the richest and most hypocritical moments for Swalwell was when he called out Brett Kavanaugh during his Supreme Court hearings. The charges he levied on Kavanaugh are nearly identical to those that Swalwell is now facing. Any criticism of Swalwell needs to also be directed at Congress that knew of Swalwell’s activities and buried the info.

Swalwell’s resignation and pulling out of the Governor’s race have thrown that election into disarray and may pave the path for a Republican to win the Governor’s seat in Sacramento for the first time in 20 years. This will be the impact that Eric Swalwell will have on the people of California.
