Golf: The Scoring Method is Hard to Quit – for the Wrong Reasons

As a golfer, I often try different coaching/learning plans to see if it improves my play. Recently, I tried “The Scoring Method” and found that it didn’t really improve my game as a 16 handicapper. So, I tried to quit it – and that’s the story.

I spent a ton of time trying to contact support (unresponsive), find some hidden button or link somewhere, or otherwise just quit the program. It doesn’t exist – and that’s frustrating. The community doesn’t really seem to care as they just protect the company that makes it impossible to quit the program – I found it weirdly cultish, actually.

The caustic, almost cultish responses came immediately:

The Scoring Method is not a program I cannot recommend because it seems built to trap golfers into it. The community is abrasive, and support is nonexistent.

Look for anything else.
