We All Want To Be Rich, But Democrats Seek Wealth And Power Under Cover Of Big Government
Consider the wealthy Americans who get their celebrated wealth via Capitalism and competition. The Rockefellers, the Musks, the Trumps and many other well-known families, all gained their wealth using the wide-open, accessible to all, selfishness and competition of Capitalism.
Then consider the wealth of Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Tim Walz and many other leftist Democrats, all of whom gained their wealth we-know-not-how, under the power and influence they gained from their governmental positions. None of them made a product nor provide a service other than their corrupt influence in, and knowledge of, government.
Joe Biden’s NGO organizations were awarded contracts to protect the wave of foreign children who were brought to America when the Biden administration opened our nation’s borders to the world. The owners of the NGOs got rich from these contracts, but the Trump administration has discovered and has freed 400,000 children lost by these corrupt NGOs, and we can only imagine the horrors that these children endured while a captive of Biden’s pals. This behavior is the very definition of corruption.
Also recall the cases of multi-billion-dollar fraud uncovered in California and Minnesota by investigator Nick Shirley, and the cases of federal fraud and waste uncovered by Elon Musk’s DOGE effort under the Trump administration. Leftists opposed and fought these efforts to halt wasteful corruption, tooth and nail. But the Trump administration is moving forward with ridding the nation of these vermin.
Bernie Sanders, who became a multi-millionaire under our Capitalist system while vehemently condemning Capitalism and pointing a finger of shame at other millionaires, whom he hates, has lately begun pointing the finger of shame at billionaires, now that he, himself is a multi-millionaire. So he’s using the old Democrat tactic of condemning people richer than himself. Bernie wants government to handle all social, financial and business matters, pretending that with government in charge there will be no corruption and no citizen will have more wealth than his neighbors, but just think a moment how rich Russia’s Putin must be and how rich China’s Mao was, when these men were in charge of entire nations. Since they were made wealthy by government corruption, rather than by a free, Capitalist system that is open and visible, we will never know the extent of their wealth. But we sure as hell know they were vastly wealthy, like the Mullahs in Iran who are now running to Switzerland and their numbered bank accounts now that the nation they ruled and destroyed is falling apart, thanks to President Trump.
The law-fare attacks on Donald Trump by aggressive DAs all over the nation are another example of Democrat use of their official power to get rid of the nuisance of actual political opposition. They tried to eliminate Trump from running for a second term because they knew that he would actually get rid of waste and fraud, and this was the Democrat way to stop real and meaningful change to the corrupt way government was being run under the Democrat, Biden.
Ayn Rand was correct about her identification of “The Virtue of Selfishness”, because we all want the best for ourselves and our families. But Democrats don’t want to have to work to earn wealth. They want to use influence, the taxing of society’s doers and the hiring of like-minded politicians and friends in order to be enriched by the government they run and control. It’s the definition of corruption.
