Dr. Rand Paul, the senator and GOP presidential contender, made a couple of campaign stops in Minnesota, specifically Minneapolis, Duluth and Rochester. Whatever candidate you like or follow, it can’t be denied that this libertarian candidate has done much to defend individual liberty during his time in the senate. He’s an interesting man and an important one to understand, and he deserves a second look.
