The meeting that many never wanted to happen took place on Friday at the G-20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany when President Donald Trump sat down for a talk with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
The two most hated figures of the American left engaged in the one thing that those who have been agitating for war with Russia are most afraid of – Diplomacy.
For Democrats and their media allies, it was the stuff of nightmares after months of evidence-free accusations that Putin and the Kremlin colluded to rig the election in Trump’s favor. To put it quite simply, this meeting was not supposed to happen.
