Maine Is A Sanctuary State For The Chinese Cartel

Maine is a beautiful state, blessed by God with a long and rocky shore with the Atlantic, incredible mountains for hikers and skiers, inland lakes for boaters, and a plethora of woodlands for campers. It is also a sanctuary state, not by God, but by Governor Janet Mills, in her infinite wisdom and against the reach of common sense. Mills had made Maine a safe haven for illegal migrants, even calling for more to come to the Pine State to fill jobs formerly filled by college and exchange students in Maine’s service industry. She has made Maine a go-to destination for adolescents looking for abortion or transgender care against their parent’s wishes. Mills put in place one of the most liberal abortion laws in the country to support the demands of America’s youth. Mills also supports biological males participating in girls’ sports and their use of girls’ locker and restrooms. She has also turned her back on the primary responsibility of her job, which is to keep Mainers safe. By supporting illegal pot growers, having her brother arrange financing for Chinese nationals to buy property for these illegal farms, granting licenses to pot farms previously shut down as unlawful, and discouraging local legal action against these farms is helping to make hundreds of Maine communities unsafe for their residents. She has helped to make cannabis the third most prosperous industry in Maine, behind lumber and lobsters.

The plus side of cannabis is the tax revenue generated, but as is the case whenever you deal with the devil, the flip side may make the windfall tax revenue moot. The Chinese pot farmers are not good people or good neighbors. They are connected with the Chinese Cartel, which is operating illegal farms in many rural states and regions across this land. Over 200 such operations were identified in Maine, and in 2023, many were raided and shut down. Some of these are still dormant, but some have been granted permits by the state and now operate under protected status. Human and sex trafficking that accompanies these operations is not legal, but since the farms are, they will be more challenging to investigate. The CCP, Cartel, and the individual farm operators have been given sanctuary status by the Chief Executive Operator of the state of Maine. It is wrong and a slap to every hard-working, law-abiding citizen of this state. Mills’ stand and her brother’s involvement will clash with federal initiatives very soon. With the new posse of Pam Bondi, Kristy Noem, Kash Patel, and Tulsi Gabbard, people who break the law and put Americans at risk will pay the price. They will come to Maine, take action against the Cartel, and shut these operations down for good. How will Mills handle that scenario? It’s probably like she has dealt with the trans-athletes. She will fight the feds and lose and embarrass Maine again and, quite possibly, lose the state more federal aid monies.

The issues that Janet Mills has chosen to take a stand on are ones that are not 50/50 splits in the public arena but are more 80/20 or 90/10, and she is on the wrong side of every one. This leads you to believe that Mills is serving special interest groups and not the people of Maine. We will never impeach her with the Democrat power-hold in Augusta. Still, we can work to stymie her efforts and ensure there is awareness by the voters of Maine before the next election so that people who share Mills’ ideology get nowhere near the Statehouse.
